Resume/Restart Dialog for DVD causes NPVR to not respond

I have had this on a few different DVDs (VIDEO_TS rips) recently. It will start playing the DVD which happens to begin with a menu where you select the language. The Resume/Restart dialog will pop up but it won't respond to any remote commands and is stuck not responding until I kill NPVR. This will consistently happen until I manually delete the 'DVD.dat' file. I have attached the log.

If you untick 'Prompt for Resume in DVD Playback' on the Settings->Misc2 tab, does the problem go away?
