Recording service failure

After noticing a couple of recording fails, I realised the service had crashed. Apart from the failed recordings, the web service was not responding. I hope the error info is of some use.

To fix you'll need to enable 'use out-of-process digital recording' on the Settings->Recording.

Ah, but I turned that off due to the "empty EPG" issue.

The EPG issue should be fixed in the next release.
