Thank stustunz,
OK, very strange. And thanks for the link, how can I install this plugin, cannot find information about that?

If they dont have a installer
then you place them in the same file structure as they are in when you download ie there is a skin folder and a plugins folder these folder are found in one of the following places depending on your operating system NPVR Directories NPVR has a program directory and a data directory. By default: [PROGRAM] = "C:\Program Files\NPVR" (32-bit versions of Windows) [PROGRAM] = "C:\Program Files(x86)\NPVR" (64-bit versions of Windows) [DATA] = "C:\Users\Public\NPVR" on Windows 6 variants (Vista, 7, 2008) [DATA] = "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NPVR" on Windows 5.x variants (XP, 2003). once placed in here its will show up in the settings under plugins

Okay, so I have to copy the sub folders of "Plugins" (of VolumeOSD) "Volume" and "Common" to C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Plugins and the folder (of VolumeOSD) i:\downloads\VolumeOSD\Skin\Default\Volume to C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Plugins
And the folder of "TVListings" i:\downloads\TVListings\Plugins\TV Listings I have to copy to C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Plugins and i:\downloads\TVListings\Skin\Default\TV Recordings and i:\downloads\TVListings\Skin\Default\TV Recordings to C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Skin\Default

Sorry, I do not quite understand, I just installed the plugin VolumeOSD, so I assume, there must be a volume control now.
2012-08-21, 09:50 AM
yeah i see why you would think that
That just shows where the volume is So if you use the keys on the keyboard or remote (if you have one) it will have a popup on the screen showing a percentage of where the volume is at
