Remote Control - Shrink from full screen to 1/4 screen

Not sure is this is the correct place for this. Is there a remote control command (not keyboard) that can shrink the screen down from a full screen to the same size as it would be if opening NPVR up without "Start in full screen" under general was unchecked. I have a Harmony one remote with the full Windows media center capability, but none of the commands will do it.
How do I modify irremote.ini. I am using the general change to irremote.ini, not the one for the 45 key remote. It is the only one I could get to work at all. My harmony one emulates the credit card hauppauge remote.

If this is emulating a hauppauge remote, the simplest approach would be to reprogram a little-used key to send this command: {alt}{enter}

I tried the {alt}{Enter} as this is a command available to program into the harmony one. They call it alt+enter. It has no function with the irremote.ini I am using.
See irremote.zip attached. Do I need to modify it for the alt+enter to work?

If this file is being used by the harmony remote, go the end of the file where the [NextPVR] section is. If you have a GO key on your remote, that's currently assigned F11, which has no function. Edit GO={f11} to read GO={alt}{enter}. If you don't have a GO key, perhaps you have some other spare key, perhaps a color key you can edit, for example, YELLOW={alt}{enter}

irremote.ini is used by the Hauppauge utility ir.exe that maps buttons on Hauppauge remote controls to keyboard actions. iremote.ini (and ir.exe) are not used when you are using a "media centre" remote. I would expect there to be a way to map a button on the Harmony remote to a Alt+Enter keystroke but irremote.ini ain't it.

If you have a Hauppauge credit card remote that you used to train the Harmony, the changes to irremote.ini will allow you to retrain the Harmony using the ccremote. If you are simply using a ccremote profile, you will need to follow Graham's advice to map the keystrokes directly.

I tried that, but the Go Key then opened up the Hauppauge screen in quarter size. So I went in and put a ; in front of all the Go= commands, which stopped it from opening up the hauppauge window, but it would not work on the NPVR window. Any more suggestions? I left the 59=GO uncommitted.

Not sure what is going on here. If the GO key opens WinTV, your credit card remote is using either using the Default or the WinTV command set, not the NextPVR application commands.

Been awhile since I played with the remote, but I think your .ini file indicates :

• If NextPVR is not running Go will trigger GO={run(wintv8\wintv8.exe)}. This is the GO definition in the [Default] section.
  
• If NextPVR is running, GO will trigger GO={f11} This is in the [NextPVR] section.
  
• It appears the GRNPOWER button will start NextPVR
  

If you want to use the GO button, with NextPVR running change it to (in the [NextPVR] section)
