Burn me! It actually seems to work, once I did set up both the router and the pc running the viewer. It got much further this time, but seems to me it crashes due to a negative index. Logs attached.

I will take a look at this tonight when I get home.

It's apparently a VERY long trip, sorry. Promise I'll get to it this evening.

I can tell you this much right now, this error should not keep you from opening the program. It might require a couple of tries, but on opening the program it will see the empty star ratings and it will attempt to fill them. It will eventually complete (possibly after multiple restarts) and you should be able to open the program.

Never-the-less, it is an easy fix on my end and I'll get an update out soon with this bug fix.

The program starts yes, updates the database and goes on to update the star rating, then it crashes. Next time I start the program it does the same things over again.

Do you mean it is performing the hour long update everytime you start the program?

If not, then it may require multiple restarts, but it will eventually update all of the star ratings. Each time you start the program it is updating different movies and will eventually get them all. Just make sure Update Stars=False in your ini file, otherwise it deletes all of the star ratings before updating each time and you'll never get them all.

Or you can just wait for the program update (i'll post tonight) and then you don't have to worry about it. Big Grin

It obviously does the full movie update, I can see it starting with the same titles every time. Does the new version keep the star ratings so I don't have to set it false in the .ini?

The program should only run the full movie update everytime you start up if you have Time to renew=0 in the ini file. And it should prompt you to see if you want to run it and will give you the option to say no. That update takes about an hour to complete, so if it is a much shorter update, then it is just trying to update your queue, which it will do each time you update your queue. Do you have an instant queue in Norway, i ask because the Canadian accounts did not?

As long as the program completes the star update in one try you shouldn't have to set the update star rating option to false ever.

I am very curious to see if you can get this working with your account!

Ok, testing the new version now, it's currently working with the one hour update. How do I know if we have an instant query in Norway?
