unable to get this to work

I installed it via XBMC
Start addon and get "Unable to retrieve data" type message
Go into settings and add my NEWA password, still the same problem

Do i need to enter the MAC in the settings? Also the addon's menus selections are really dark..might be because of Aeon Nox White theme that uses black fonts...anyways here is my log file from XBMC and web log of NPVR

I assume you are entering the same userid/password that you use to access NEWA via a browser. I will have a look, I don't use a NEWA password myself but I see the error that indicates that is the problem.

WebFault: Server raised fault: 'System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Unauthorized

I will also look into Aeon Nox to see if there is anything that can be done, I've stayed away from skins since there were a lot of issues in the beta cycles.

tried setting no password and still same problem

yes, can access via browser just fine. one thing i noticed is that i was unable to set the password to blank from XBMC i had to edit the ini file directly. Also i noticed there is a default section in the ini file, i started by setting the password to "password" like the ini file, tested in browser to make sure it was picked up, then went back to xbmc, still get error. Tried removing password from ini file and npvr, restarted service, still same problem.

Did you trying pasting the md5 hash into config.xml 5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99 and then enter admin and password in x-newa and restarting the recording service?

I don't know if NEWA web services supports an empty password.

Still no dice...i even removed the plugin, and re-added it, changed the password of NPVR to "password", restarted service whent in to xbmc and still no go
