x64 server yields no x86 clients

I'm trying out out a new W7x64 install on my server but my two W7x86 clients can't access NPVR.db3.
NEWA works fine though.
How can I connect?

Has to be a share/permissions issue. The x64/x86 installs are a red herring.

Yep "Public Folders" was not set to share.
