Doesn't NextPVR use the deleted episode table anymore?

It should still be using it. Do you see it in your RECENTLY_DELETED table?

Yes I showed these last deletes being dumped in the first post

I just checked the code. I cant remember the full details, but it's treating episodes that have a schedules direct identifier ending in '0000' as a unique show.

What are some unique ids used by other episodes of this show?

Okay thanks for the explanation. That's actually not bad logic either, since SH014661710000 is the generic non-unique identifier for Homeland. Normally real id's are there with EP instead of SH and then the 0000 is the actual sequential episode number, but from time to time the guide does have the SH of almost all shows. Perhaps if you didn't ignore the 0000 if the create_date in the deleted_episode table matches the future show start time you could improve this but I can work with this and stop deleting it and feeling terrorized by Homeland.
