ir server and next pvr

Hello all
i have switched over from windows mce to Next PVR and XBMC
i have spent alot of time reading the forums and testing my setup.
i have most of everything working eg..
i use a mce remote and ir receiver with IR Server suite and the Translator
the remote will change channels ,mute,vol-up all is good there except the slow channel changes

my issue is, and i can't seem to figure this out is
when viewing the epg and i click on a channel to view it does not change to that channel.
also same thing when setting up a recording it does not change to that channel.

what am i missing..?

htpc pc windows 8 pro
hvr 2250 tuner card
mce ir blaster and remote
ir server suite
satelite receiver settop box

Can you try a few channel changes then post the npvr.log and nrecord.log?

I don't know - I've never used IR Server Suite. They sound about right.

In the logs I can check this executable is being run each time you change channels.

tried changing to 2 different channels with no sucess

using my mouse i click on the show to watch from within the EPG
a box pops up and i click on watch

but channel does not change.

Ok, the log shows its running HaupBlast.exe, not IRBlast.exe.

I'd delete your channels, make sure you've got your blaster executable set correctly, then reimport your channels.
