how to setup hauppauge colossus with npvr

i dont see a logs folder inside of my npvr folder, only a folder labeled other and there are no sub folders in there, also i have no sound

how do i upload my logs, i tried to attach both the txt file and the .log file but i got an invalid file type from the site

That's clearer you haven't configured the aac decoder, try lav If you want 5:1 you should move to spdif ac3

thanks for the help, do u see anything in the log in regards to my blaster, i got my audio working, last thing is the damn ir blasting

Yes, you only send one log and missed the nrecord it simplest to just zip the whole folder.

i cant zip the whole folder, it says its being used by another app, which it isnt, npvr is closed, i can zip files inside the folder tho, what is up

Your logs show this command

"C:\Program Files\IR Server Suite\IRBlast.exe" -host localhost -channel 252 -delay 350

Does that work from the command line?

I've read other posts pointing users to use IRBlast-NoWindow.exe as the program.
