OK, this has to be a peculiarity (bug?) with the version of Android on your tablet or with the way lists are treated.

There's obviously some confusion between the first element displayed and the currently selected element...

I've just sent an email with a link to a test version if you have time to test it I'd be grateful.

There's an oddity with lists in Android that means sometimes a list "position" is considered to be where it is on the screen, i.e., the first on-screen item is always position 0. On my Nexus, the "position" is where it is in the list regardless of where it is on-screen. I'm guessing this is related to the issue.

I just saw the new download!!!.
I can now steam live TV to my Galaxy!! Well done. It seems to run best with VLC as the player. The only problem is when I have to back out, it ends up failing and falls out. Is there a right way to stop the live stream and come back to the EPG data?

When you say it fails - do you see an error message? As nDroid relies on external player apps, the only option to go back to it from a player app is to use the 'back' button in the player app itself. If you're seeing an error mentioning nDroid then let me know.

I'll try VLC again - when I first tried it, it was a very early Android release and din't play nice on my phone. that was some time ago though.

The only option I have in VLC is to pause. When I hit the back button on the Galaxy it shows a black screen with the ndroid logo at the top left. it sits there for about3 seconds when a message comes up saying "Unfortunately, nDroid(TE) has stopped." Report or OK is the option.

Does it happen every time you try to return from VLC to nDroid TE? Which TV Guide view are you starting from / returning to? Seven Day, Now/Next, All Timeslots? Or does it happen regardless of the view?

Updated latest Ndroid TE. Still have the same problem falling out when returning to Ndroid TE. It happens on all views. I just had a play with it now and it is not just when I play. If I have Ndroid TE open and return to home and then come back its OK, but if I do the same thing and then open another program and then come back it stops.

Thanks Dave. Unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce that on my tablet. What device do you have and what's the version of Android?

Its the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Android Version 4.1.2.
I put the new version on this morning but I had to wait until 10.00 am to try it because the EPG data was two hours in front. On the 7day screen it still shows 10.00am programs now at 4.00pm. The now/next screen shows the correct data

Just updated the EPG data and again it starts at 10am. The now/next button only displays programs from 10.00am or after. Its 7.10am now so I can,t watch anything only record in the future. The 3rd button next to now/next displays nothing. I don't know if this could have anything to do with it but I brought the samsung in the USA and registered it from over there. I am now in Australia. I have changed the location and time zone. Its like it won't grab any data between midnight and 10.00am for the day you update the EPG.
