Updated Canal Digital Freq (Norway)

Terratec H7, I actually found the channels on that freq when doing full scan. But I cannot see a typo on line 7 so I dunno why.

I'v found that in periods of low signal (when CD is working with the net) I get more channels by extending the scan time, but those channels will be unstable.
