OK attempted to uninstall NPVR to no success still have the same issue. I am not sure what else could have changed for me to have this issue with streaming. When i uninstalled NPVR i did not remove my settings just the program.
Just so you know your not alone, I get the same problem with android or windows xmbc and even with the npvr client itself, since I hardly ever use live tv with npvr I've not had the inclination to fix it. This problem just started with the latest version, everything worked fine before I updated to 3.11.
Thanks donschjr.
At least that makes me feel better i thought maybe there was a fix. I attempted to uninstall npvr and install an older version but i still have the same issue. =(

Hey guys,
Just writing in to say I'm having the same problem, running the latest version/update of NPVR. I haven't clocked it, but it feels like on 2/3 of my XBMC PVRs, about 10 min in to a channel I lose connection to the backend.
I'm running the following 3 boxes:
Win 8 - Hosts NextPVR backend. Use XBMC 12.3 for client. Most stable of all 3 boxes. I still drop connection to the server, but its random. Sometimes I can watch for 12 hours straight with no issue, sometimes only an hour or so.
Win 7 - XBMC 12.3 Client. About 10 minutes into a watching live TV I lose connection to the backend. This is a consistent problem and is 100% repeatable.
Openelec - XBMC 12.2 Client. Same exact signature as my Win7 box. About 10 minutes into watching live TV I lose connection to the backend. 100% repeatable.
I'm on a wired network using the HDhomerun Prime. Will try to post logs tomorrow.

So forget what I told you yesterday about which boxes were stable and which weren't. Did some testing today and basically the first box that initiates a TV stream is stable, and subsequent boxes crash after 7 minutes. Logs attached. My win 7 box started the stream first. Then after 15 min or so I started a stream on my Win 8 box. The Win 8 box crashed after 7 minutes.
It looks like you let the good stream play too long. The web logs are really spammy especially when streaming and you've got to copy the logs right away on error ie. within a minute or two.
