best way to get multiple STB recordings

I have a Colossus and a USB HDPVR...how do I go about getting three tuners? Is there a USB HDPVR dual capture? Is there a PCIE/PCI dual capture card that I can use in a win 7 64 bit environement?

I only have the option of STB blasting and recording.

I bought one of these http://thinkflood.com/products/redeye/ on sale at CanadaComputers for $25 a month ago. I plan to use it to control one Rogers DTA I need to be able move my STB far away because some brainiac at Rogers thought would be a good idea to use the same IR code the for the DTA as the 4250HD which I tune by firewire (when the DTA remote doesn't change it). When analog disappears entirely I will probably devote another DTA to one channel like HGTV for my wife that doesn't need a blaster. I'll have all the locals via ATSC for regular shows and news, HD via an HDPVR for premium cable channels, sports and time shifting, and analog for everything else as backup. I have an HDHR for direct live tv too the quality isn't good enough for recordings OTA
