I don't have an active web server on my main machine. The file I suspect you want is CableCARD.xml in the /Application Data/Silicondust/HDHomeRun/ folder. I'm attaching it.
nPVR Settings->Devices show the three HDHomeRun tuners each having 343 channels. Settings->Channels shows the list of channels. I only have some of the channels getting data from schedulesdirect. Many channels are left as EPG none. All channels are enabled on schedulesdirect except channel 3. Channel 3 may have an HD clone in the upper channels but when I record the BBCA HD and get the channel 3 programming, it appears to be SD not HD.
In schedulesdirect.getdata.htm I see two entries for BBCA, SD and HD.

The HDHomeRun Prime has it's own web server. Use this as the ip address for http://<ipaddress>/lineup.xml?show=unprotected
Oddest thing. I updated the data on schedules direct and then went to compare cable set-top HD box to nPVR. I turned on the cablebox feeding thru HDMI. No sound (right to remain silent I suppose). Toggled mute but no sound. Went to SmartHub and the HDHomeRun app, and connected the TV via internet and got channel 770 just fine with sound showing Dr. Who.
I emptied channels EPG then Updated.
Then nPVR TV Guide to channel 770, shows BBCA w/Dr.Who on now. I double clicked and then clicked watch Dr Who and am getting channel 3, some bounty hunters getting ready to go out and grab someone (they should get paid to bring back Marc Karpeles, MtGox, and have him before the courts he's avoiding). Anyway, it's still not working and Orphan Black is on tonight.

Okay, it's different than what's in /Doc&settings/allusers.windows/application data/silicondust/hdhomerun/CableCARD.xml.
So, I copied the lineup.xml to ../silicondust/hdhomerun/CableCARD.xml and renamed the old .old.
HDHomeRun Setup has NextPVR chosen under Applications. Interesting, after checking the lineup and copying that to CableCARD.xml, my channels have gone empty on HDHomeRun setup so I'm rescanning now.
And after the scan the lineup is different again. Now there is no BBCA either in SD or HD although the HD has a BBC HD at 770 and the BBCA SD channel 133 is gone.
Channel 770 has Dr Who on the cablebox but nPVR under LiveTV has either Mighty Joe Young or King Kong breaking thru the wooden barricade rather than Dr. Who.
Work to do outside. Maybe later I'll remove nPVR from my system and reinstall.

Okay, thanks. I uninstalled and reinstalled but failed to first delete data under documents&settings so of course the re-installation of nPVR showed no change. After the re-installation I tried channel 770 and again didn't get BBCA HD. I'm attaching the logs.
