Comskip Parallel Processing

A quick question about the latest comskip donators version.

A while back i went from SD to HD recordings; comskip 81.031 couldn't parallel-process the .TS files. I switched to post-processing then, and left it that way ever since.

I've updated to 81.063 recently (latest in the comskip donators directory), and was wondering if parallel processing on .TS files was working?

Works most of the time
The reason I say that is it seems to be really good on some recording and misses completely on others and just haven't got around to tuning it

On HD recordings the new comskip is really slow (donate to make it faster I believe) and maybe your computer is going to sleep before it finishes comskip? It took me a while, but I found that to be the case.

Also, I've noticed that either comskip or npvr does something different in that there won't be any commercial skipping until comskip has finished it's job so parallel processing doesn't work the same as it used to.
