@ Beaker, sorry for the delay. The difference in size really doesn't matter, nor does the cache (unless you multitask alot).
Cache has NO effect on the recordings drive.
@ Justicex, just use your 300 gig drive for everything, including where gbpvr puts the recordings, but leave windows and all programs on the 40 gig.
Use the "Directories" tab in config, and put everything on the 300 gig. There's no need to partition it if you don't want.
