That looks fine, did you check the firewall settings to make sure both TCP and UDP are allowed for NextPVR.exe and Nrecord.exe

Yes, I just checked that. Both have both protocols.

When I run ProcessExplorer, there are no NextPVR.exe children under Nrecord.exe for the NMT. I'm pretty sure that in the previous versions, it was always there. Now, if I start Fred's Samsung client, Nrecord.exe spawns a NextPVR.exe, but there isn't one for the NMT.

Yes, I have rebooted a few times. The 2nd is when I upgraded. Basically, it hasn't started since I upgraded.

Yes, that is still set.

Should I ask sub why the there is no MVP Server running?

The NRecord logs show an MVP server starting but there are no MVP logs to match it don't know where else sub can look. The clue might be in the Windows Event Viewer are in your anti-virus. logs

Maybe if you start manually you will see something else
