Exit x-newa then starting it again. Or shutting down KOdi and restarting it.

I give up it works for a while .... If I go to recordings then hit left arrow to bring up the side menu and hit refresh it crashes unable to connect error again.

I uninstalled Kodi including removing the \Users... folder and it's not failing for me with a re-install.

It just will not work the 2.4.5 works fine ... Maybe when other users com aboard you will see what the problem is. I tried 2 diff Systems kodi for windows and Kodi Openelec and the same error pops up.


If I export my recordings and Guide data can I start with an empty database and reimport and be ok?

I don't think it is your data, since your database works here. Could you try this and send the xbmc.log and also web.log if it crashes.

What do you know alpha 2 works ... I did everything that would break the previous Alpha and it does not break .... I believe you have a winner.!!!!!

Just as odd as is not working. Do you mind uploading the logs, just in case I see something new?

There is something new on the player in this alpha, now that season/episode data is available I can show both the title and subtitle. I did it reversed to Kodi, I like seeing the title big and the episode name smaller.
