Decent NTSC tuner analog card needed

I finally replaced my XP HTPC with a Win7 machine with 16gig of RAM and NPVR loaded on it. After some troubleshooting, I found out that my PVR-150 won't work on a PC with more than 4gig of RAM. Since I still need analog recording, I'm looking for a reasonably-priced card (PCI , PCIe or USB) with decent picture quality. Combo NTSC/ATSC cards aren't needed because I've already got two HDHomeruns.

Any ideas?

ATI Theater Pro 650 - has both analog and digital, hardware encoder like PVR 150, fully supported by NPVR. Dell branded ones are available on ebay; I have a Dell version and it works fine. Not sure about 16 GB of memory, I only have 4. ATI drivers are available on ATI/AMD site.

I think the last analog only card is the PVR150, so you'll probably end up with a combo card.

Thanks Mike. My other capture card is a ATI TV Wonder 650. Hopefully it will work well with the ATI Theater Pro 650.

I think there are various models my 650 doesn't do h/w capture, it needs SoftPVR. The real bonus for me with the 650 is that it is much better then my either of my two HDHRs for ATSC digital.
