HDHR "Unable to Start Device" Error on 3.6.6

Also, just to be clear, since this is a clean install I can easily move down to Win 10. I had copies of both lying around and thought I would put the Server 2012 license to use.

DVB Drivers are ready to install if you decide that's the right solution. Looks like a very easy fix.

Two things:

(1) I tried to install the DVB drivers I found on Google, but that did not fix my problem in Server 2012. I still cannot start my device.

(2) Using a clean install of Windows 10, I am able to start my device (so I make it farther with Win 10 than I did with Server 2012), but when I click "Live TV" in the main NextPVR GUI window, I get an error stating "Unable to Communicate with Recording Service". I've attached the logs for that error.

Both Win 10 and Server are able to do what I need, so if we can get either working I'll be set. Troubleshoot whichever interests you most, or if it benefits the project, we can try them both.

Is the recording service running? We've seen a few Win10 users recently reporting it wasn't started after install. I haven't worked out why yet, but after they manually start it, it's fine from then on.

Evidently it wasn't. I rebooted to see if it would come online by itself and it did. After confirming that the Recording Service was running, I launched NPVR and it came right up
