I guess this is the same issue that got reported over on the Kodi forum, http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=258533
When I originally saw the above forum post, I had a quick look at the location where my live TV is stored and was relieved to see that it was empty and I wasn't having the same issue!!!
However!!! This morning I get a phone call from a rather disgruntled wife! Saying she can't watch TV, returning from work, I have a look and eventually I narrow it down ... My Live TV drive is rammed to the hilt with .ts files.... I delete them, and run a couple of tests and everything works as expected e.g Live TV creates a .ts file which grows as the live TV runs and then deletes after the stream is stopped...
I've added a line to the postepgupdate.bat file that deletes all *.ts files I the liveTV folder, which I guess should stop this happening in the future...
I'm not sure how these files got there, very bizarre ! But I'd thought I'll report this just in case others come across the same issue...
