No it is not enabled.

You must have disabled it then. Kodi communicates with NextPVR via this web server, so it needs to be enabled.

It'll be something different than the problem above then. Probably best to create a new thread, and post your logs.

(it's probably a case of needing to create a 'Temporary ASP.NET Files' directory, as described in another recent thread)
