Hi NPVR Support
I have been using NPVR for some years now and thought I was quite familiar with it, until the last few weeks.
I have been recording a long running series 'Formula 1' which has this season moved to UK Channel 4.
When I set it up to record on this channel I could not find any appropriate thumbnail when I searched for one using the 'Find More/Listings/TVDB' in the TV listings plugin, so I added a logo to the 'Shows' folder.
This is no problem the logo appears with Pending programs until every time a recording event occurs for this series, then it saves a 'Formula 1.fanart.jpg' picture file and a 'Formula 1-catalog.xml' file to the 'Shows' folder. If I delete them they just reappear next time!
I have searched everywhere to try to find the instruction that is causing this to happen and remove it, but I just cannot find it.
Can you help me with this please as I am finding it frustrating, I do not really want to completely uninstall NPVR and remove all traces to have to reinstall and set it all up from scratch to resolve this issue..
Many thanks
Bob
