No Negative padding when using Manual Recording

When scheduling a Manual Recording, Padding is only positive.
Once it is scheduled, Update still doesn't allow negative minute padding

Found a workaround, typing the exact time changed the End Time from 18:00 to 17:59
However the change only appears when all 4 digits are entered, not as you type.
