You can map a drive letter to the network drive and specify the mapped drive letter. From memory ... NextPVR accepts UNC values ... \\server\share\folder

But ... the NextPVR Recording Service runs under the System account so the recording folder will have to give full access to the System account or to Everyone.

And but ... the data volume in the broadcast stream can vary and a sudden burst of lots of data may not work well to a network drive. I tried and failed to run with the recording folder on a network drive. You either need to specify a UNC path ("\\server\share"), and ensure you've got whatever appropriate permissions so that the localsystem account can access that share.

Otherwise you can try changing the recording service to run as your user account.

Personally I'd avoid writing to a network drive - they can be very finicky, and sometimes just not there when you want to start a recording.
