New Skin: BlueMCE2

Jeff, I was able to get the weather to display from the VAPanel, but still no recordings. Something doesn't appear to be right [overall] in that the font the panel is using what looks to be 12-14pt arial dark blue. Same goes for the screen saver font. I didn't check the \Panels\VAPanel.xml, but it's stock from the latest BlueMCE2 release.

the one in this forum or the version from the wiki? i changed the colour of the text in the panel to light blue and it looks good with wether-information. recordings work too...

please download the version from post numer 141 and try again...

now with video-archiver (danka), calculator and music albums (unskinnable....). please try it out, before we put it on the wiki...

winzip saids that it is not a valid file....BlueMCE2 file lists as 2.08 megs..is that right?

puh! don't know, what is going on with the internet, but i finally managed to upload the skin to the wiki. i had to split it in two files to have it working correctly. just download them both.

to activate the va-panel you have to uncomment the va-panel-line at the bottom of the skin.xml in the main-menu - folder and comment out the next-recording-panel.

other changes: video-archiver works now and calculator and music album are implemented, they just don't look like they should, but thats a plugin-problem.

the next plugins will be: music player and file xplorer.

don't know, i don't have a mvp...maybe there is a panel or plugin not working with it. you should use the flat background on the mvp instead of the shaded one...

and take a look at the logfiles...are there any mvp users who can help?

I've tried the BlueMCE2 and while it looks nice on the monitor, it's very washed out on the MVP screens, too much blue and it all runs together a bit, but it did work. The only plug i found that was a bit skweed was the my pictures but since they're working on a new version of that there wasn't much point to fixing it.
