i get the "APC Index Mismatch" bsod when scanning for dvb-s channels ,just after 12438 frequency i get bsod.I test dreamdvb,progdvb and dvbviewer and they scan with no problem.

This type of error isn't can't come from user mode ring-3 software (like NextPVR) - it's an error that's only possible from protected code (like a driver).

I test dreamdvb,progdvb and dvbviewer and they scan with no problem.

This doesn't really tell you anything. They could easily using the driver in a slightly different way, making calls in a slightly different order etc. NextPVR is unluckily doing something in a way that your particular device doesn't like, even though those same steps works fine with hundreds of other devices.

What kind of tuner are you using?
