The £11.59 might be dropped when the update is "properly" released and starts to filter through via Windows Update.

out of interest I upgraded to the Creators Edition, and am still getting the Decoder message...

Ah yes that one is free - it was the MS DVD player that was being charged for.

Hmm, I was going by this https://forum.silicondust.com/forum/view...19&t=64689 perhaps it doesn't open up the codecs fully.
