Schedules Direct is Broken

It appears that Schedules Direct is not currently updating its data ...

I don't appear to be getting data for some channels including, for example, BBC One HD.

The trusty rkulagow at SD is on the case but the problem seems to be two days old.

Workaround for me : mapped the Standard Def channels to the HD channels for now.

My workaround is to use zap2xml until it's resolved.

I've been digging trough logs on my end, trying to figure out what was going wrong. I was about to log a support ticket with SD but decided to have one last look here to see if others have noticed problems. Evidently, the answer is yes.

Comcast here, missing data for channels:

629 DSCHD
631 FXHD
651 TBSHD
652 FOODH
658 HSTHD
663 TLCHD
667 TRTVH
672 BIOHD

Hopefully they'll get it fixed quickly!

Similar channels are missing for me as well with Verizon FiOS.

I'd normally expect this to happen just as the new series of Strictly Come Dancing has started, resulting in my failing to record the show and being in the dog house for the next 2 months.

Looks like the latest update is:

Schedules are continuing to be built server-side at Schedules Direct; once completed they will be available. However, due to not wanting to overwhelm the upstream, this will take longer than necessary.

In addition, the number of refreshes per day will be reduced from 4 to 2 to ensure that the refreshes that are launched run to completion.

My EPG update ran at 04:20 CDT, over nine hours after their last forum update. Same results. Is anyone else seeing correct data yet?
