Poster glitch in 4.0.4 Videos

This is a minor problem but it is annoying. I use the default skin and after upgrading to 4.0.4 I notice the poster displays in the Video section have mostly disappeared. I have one folder that still displays the poster to the left of the nfo info but none of the others will do so. I know the poster is being downloaded as I can see it in the folder directory and it is displayed momentarily when the file starts to play. I tried all the settings I know of in NPVR and I've looked through config.xml but I'm not seeing anything that would cause this problem. All of my video files are downloaded from the net and are not recorded by me. I also know this is supposed to be a skin problem but I have no idea how to deal with it. This problem is occuring no matter what skin I select. Any ideas?

While I know the above problem is supposed to be the fault of the skin, this occured immediately after the upgrade to 4.0.4 and it happened on both the server and client versions of NPVR. I've checked the poster file properties and have found no differences between the posters that are showing and the ones thst aren't. I've also checked the .xml files of the skin but don't understand enough about them for it to do any good. Anyone have any idea what else I could do?

And for that show Claws, where is your artwork for it? Is it in the same directory as the show, and what is it's filename?

The artwork is in the same directory as the show. The poster is named_poster.jpg. That is the case for all posters, whether they are showing or not. In all cases if I click on the file to play an episode, the poster always shows up on the left side at the bottom when the episode first plays, so I know the poster is being recognized at that point. But why some posters are showing while most aren't...that's the question.

If it's renamed folder.jpg, does it show up?

Is there a way the metadata selection will provide folder.jpg instead of poster.jpg?

I don't think NextPVR created this named_poster.jpg file in the same directory as a video file.
