Poster glitch in 4.0.4 Videos

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that patch. [I] tried double clicking it and then trying 'Metadata" but got no results. After unzipping [I] have 'Nshared.dll, but what do I do with it?

Click the 'stop NPVR service' shortcut, to stop the running software, then drop the file into "c:\program files (x86)\npvr", replacing the existing file of the same name, then start click the 'start NPVR service' shortcut, and run NextPVR and try again.

OK, that's got it. Claws artwork appeared in Media/Shows. Problem appears to be solved. Thanks, Sub.
