Unfortunately I can't seem to find the symbols for the version of vcruntime140.dll being loaded on your machine, so it's not giving me a clear reason why it died.
Regarding the EPG, post last night's nrecord.log, and I'll check what happened with the EPG.

Well I figured out why the epg was empty, there was no free tuner at the time npvr should auto update. But is it not sill of nåvr to clear the epg before it is sure that it has a new epg to replace the existing?
Regarding the vcruntime140 symbols, is there something I can install to get them?

My NextPVR now crashes kodi when I enable it, and then I cant get back into kodi unless unless i stop NVPR service on the backend. I tried to go back 1 version and it is still happening. Also I just factory reset my Android TV and re-installed kodi and it keeps happening. I guess I will try even older versions.

That is unlikely to be related to Reddwarf's problem above.
You'd probably need to post the NextPVR logs, and kodi.log (with debug logging enabled) when the problem happens. I'm guessing it's some bug in Kodi for Android though - since we've seen a few bugs on this platform that doesn't happen on other platforms like Win32 etc.

It might be worth deleting the files with "140" in their name from c:\program files (x86)\npvr, then try again to collect a crash.mdmp.
These versions no longer match my development environment, with recent a Visual Studio update. If that doesn't help, we might need to try again after the next build (since we should be in sync then in terms of symbols and runtime libraries).
