Ray, can you try to collect some more info for me?

With that updated NPVRTSReader.ax installed, create a c:\temp directory and set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NPVR \LogDebug=1 (DWORD) in the registry, then reproduce the fast forwarding issue issue (ideally with as few skips as possible to keep the log size down), then supply the c:\temp\demux.txt file? It might be a big file, so you might have to put it somewhere like dropbox or onedrive and let me know the download link.

Make sure you remove the registry setting afterwards, or set it to 0, otherwise your hard drive will quickly fill up.

Followed these instructions and still can't get a demux.txt file to show up in the temp directory.

Are you sure you've got that most recent NPVRTSReader4.ax installed? It doesn't appear to have the most recent log messages added.

Downloaded it again from your previous post and put in NPVR root directory under Program Files (x86). That is where it goes right?
