I'm going to revert back to 3.9 for the time being. Let me know when you have something to test out.

I've also had the same problems with audio/video sync after skipping with the new TSreader and the freezing problem with the old TSreader. I've tried all the suggestions mentioned including the updated TSreaders. I'm also going to revert back to 3.9 which never gave me any problems.
