Great.

Unfortunately I cant see anything on the pluto site - someone would need to find a way to take their listing data, and massage it into xmltv format. That could then be specified when importing the channel m3u.

JavaWiz when you posted this I saw that webgrabber+ had a scrapper. The author of that tool did post here a long time ago.

It's not problem in v5 as IPTV you should definitely upgrade for improved streaming and there are lots of lists.

I had limited success in getting PlutoTV to work in NextPVR, Kodi and VLC. Although the feed often started, it tended to lockup and freeze when Pluto inserted a commercial into the stream, then you'd have to stop and restart the stream...

I've since just reverted to using the PlutoTV client and casting to my chromecast when I want to watch something. I miss the ability to record and remove the annoying commercials though...

Martin,

Can you be any more specific about V5 improving streaming?
I'm still using V4 and am happy with it, except for some problems every now with IPTV input.
My recordings will sometimes stutter, or drop out all together.
Occasionally it will repeat the same scene several times.
I've always assumed this was how it was transmitted, and there was nothing I could do about it?
Thanx!

It has much improved IPTV downloading not much more I can say than that. It won't fix a crappy source though.

Playback is different and depends on the client. I only use Kodi and never was happy with v4 and haven't tested v5 of NextPVR.exe beyond simple testing.
