EPG Source on NPVR menu

Hello,

I used to input a web link http at Menu where asking for XMLTV source.
New NPVR version asks for a file not a web link , how can I do if my source is web linked not file linked ?

I am having failed recordings some 2 days ago, where can I get help or to send logs to verify what is happening ?
