Weird error: Item has already been added...

Weird thing happened today - Pressed OK button on my Hauppauge 34btn remote to go into TV Guide, and got a black error dialog with:

Error: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary:"69" Key being added: "69"

No adult channels here, sorry .
I've attached it for reference.

Sorry, there is no channel 69 anywhere. Not a single one.
I checked, and I fon't have a channel numbered 69, not a channel whose source channel is 69, not a channel whose channel ID contains this sequence in any way. I even checked the XMLTV files, and other than sub-titles like "Episode 169" - nada.

Did I mention that the problem did not re-occur? I closed the UI and restarted it - no problem. I will email you the MDB file in a few minutes.

Ok, we'll I'm not going to bother looking into it then.

OK. Today this happened again.
This time, the number was 58, not 69.
This time I noticed that the remote stopped working, and using the keyboard, only arrows worked. Pressing ENTER was ignored.
Maybe you will look at it now?

Hey, I'm getting a similar error when I hit guide or go to the TV Guide.

[Error: item has already been added. Key in dictionary: "109359" Key being added "109359"]

do i need to change something in the DB? how can i fix this...thx for help
