Unable to start device Device failed to start

Hi
New to this software but I have use some others Before but now I like to try NextPVR that looks very nice.

I have install my TBS 5880 DVB-T/T2 Tuner USB on a Clean windows 10. It only have the drivers of my card and nextPVR.

I have try to scan my channel but I get a error "Unable to start device: Device failed to start" and when I search I did find this old thread

I did then run FilterCheck and it say

and like "sub" say in the thread that is not good if it have only zero so not sure how to fix that


I have try with both "none" and "Common Interface H/W" but same error (But I hope I can use CI because I going to need it)

Not sure what more I can do??

Sorry it wont work with the CI on this device.

It does look like it's hooked up ok, but the device has failed to start.

Is the device working in any other software?

I have not try yet with Another software after the install on a clean windows 10 but I can try with another software
