NextPVR AppleTV app

Can you attach your NextPVR logs? I'll check if anything stands out.

FYI, I'm submitting an updated version of the Apple TV application to Apple tomorrow for review. It'll probably take a few days to get through review.

Where are the log files for the macOS version written to? I've looked in ~/NPVR/ nothing stuck out...

They will be in the ~/.NPVR-data folder. The logs as you see them are not complete since some information is internally cached but they can easily be flushed zipped and downloaded for attaching for support. in the browser.

I wonder if there is something wrong with your LAN IPv6. If you try to connect with the web server to 127.0.0.1 instead of local host do things work better?

As far as the current setup goes, I believe the server is working ok. Recordings are happening, I can manage it from other machines on the network and on the mac itself.
Its the Apple TV app that crashes on launch (on both my AppleTVs).
I haven't connected the AppleTV to a Mac to look at log files yet...

Wondering what other clients people use to view recorded content on iOS or AppleTV, or Mac?
UPDATE: trying to view the recordings - have an error 'no such file or directory'.

Log file shows attempt to play the record, maybe an issue with spaces in the path / file name?

I know but the there is a "feature" sub and I discussed in NextPVR where api calls without a sid fail if you use IPv6 without a login right after startup and that is all I am seeing in the log.

Another user emailed me about this yesterday. I think it only happens with NextPVR v4. I'm going to check it and fix today.
