Your problem is this:
Not sure that it is the same scenario but I get that error every time when a new station was played from my two extra devices. I didn't mention it because I thought NextPVR was forcing me to use aac instead of mp3 in direct play. A second transcoded play worked. Direct play wasn't a problem.
