Uninstall version 4 and use version 5

Love version 5 so far, well done, works far better than version 4 for me. So whats the best way to uninstall version 4 so im just left with version 5 ?

If you have a standard installation on the C: drive an uninstall works pretty well. It does leave the C:\Users\Public\NPVR folder which can be delete once you are sure you are happy you have 100% migrated.

There is also a registry key but sub may use it going forward.

Don't forget to put v5 to port 8866 if you have changed it.

Not near the main pc, do you mean uninstall from control panel remove a program ? Cant remember how I installed it all those years ago. But version 5 works great so far, enough to swop. So I want version 4 to stop recording things and using port 8866 (using 8867 for version 5)
