Rec service crashing when trying iptv streams that work in vlc

my provider apparently changed something, and now all channels [they work fine in vlc] now immediately crash rec service and i get 'cannot communicate with recording service' every time i try a channel, either watching or recording..
help!
nothing in logs but the last startup of live tv channel.

anything i can try? happens to every single channel, and they all work in vlc without errors..

Logs always help.

Also consider changing your signature to use the new forum format codes.

yea, i noticed that sig thing..soon
here's a better log...i tried watching a non-working channel, then a working one..
it didn't actually kill rec service, only on some channels..

Syfy channel didnt work [the green mile] but Impractical Jokers did on trutv. [trutv is from a diff iptv service]

I see the word "token" there are reports about tokens changing often and some sites don't return on error. Did you confirm the url's are valid?

oh, yea that's from the working one..not the ones w issues..that one actually works..[different iptvservice]
confirmed none of the urls changed and i played them in vlc fine..no mention of tokens in url.

There is only the one attempt shown in the logs, and it's to this IPTV service with the token. You might need to try again for those logs showing the issue.

note the time 18:34:45.670...should be playing green mile, but it's like it just gives up and does nothing..
10 secs later i watched another service's channel Trutv, but totally different urls from another provider.

at this part i started green mile...nothing..

That's why you should have uploaded all the logs the one with the scfy crash wasn't included.

Consider moving to v5 for better iptv support.

ummm, but that's where i got that text from, the log i uploaded...

NextPVR was left running after there was likely crash of the recording service so it needs for both. Reboot duplicate the problem and upload all logs
