Ok - glad you got it working.

Normally you'd use the Bulk Map button. Manually map the first channel, then it'll offer to have a go at the rest of the channels.

Thanks for everyone's help.  Got it all working again like it had for many years.  Not sure why it decided to "take a dump" just when it did.  More confused the HDHomeRun app wasn't affected bu all's well that ends well.  Thanks again!

I'm sure that the problem was Comcast just made changes in your area (switching to H.264 and probably moving some channels around). They've been doing that all across the country for the last couple of years. (Your area is actually pretty late having it done.)

It didn't affect the HDHomeRun app because it was scanning/using the current settings from the cable company.
