Im having problems trying to controll a dvd. When I play the DVD everything runs smooth. But the problem is, I can't exit the dvd, rewind, fastfoward, stop, pause.. or anything like that. It will just play, then when I need to stop it I have to do a Ctrl-Alt-Del to end GB-PVR before it will stop. I have PowerDVD installed using its codec (I think) any help?

the dvd plays, I just can controll what the dvd does. Like stop, play, pause, go back to menu. etc... No errors.

Can you play a dvd then try to stop, pause, go to the menu (Ctrl-B or blue button), then zip and email you logs to support@devnz.com? Include some comments so I know what the logs are for. Thanks.

I haven't got a remote (yet) to control my pvr, so I use a keyboard and mouse. How do you do the simple operations, play, main menu etc on a keyboard.

simple operations.... up/down/left/right/enter for controlling menus, home to return to the menu. Ctrl-Q pause. Ctrl-P play. Ctrl-<right arrow> skip forward 60 seconds. Ctrl-<left arrow> skip back 60 seconds.

cheers Sub, I tied some of those, but when I'm on the main menu nothing happens. the title menu just continues to play. Will give it another go tonight.

I am having the same type of problem. When I try to play DVDs, they play fine, but when I try to stop playing by hitting the Home key, it only goes back to the main DVD menu. I couldn't get out of the DVD mode, and I couldn't even get the Task Manager to come up. I was forced to reboot my machine. This problem has only appeared on the latest version (GBPVR09310).

Lots of options. Home during playback takes you to the DVD menu. Pressing Home again will stop the DVD module and take you back to GB-PVR. 'Stop' during DVD playback will return to GB-PVR. 'Escape' during DVD playback will return to the DVD Menu. 'Escape' from the DVD menu will return to GB-PVR.

I understand that. The problem is that none of these options have worked since I upgraded to the latest version. The DVD module does not stop when it is supposed to. It just keeps playing the DVD Menu over and over again, no matter what key I try to press.
