Decktop app crash

The desktop app is not working well for me. 

I tried to watch live TV my selecting a program from the guide and I got an error message that said it could not find a capture device. Also, attempting to watch a recorded show fails with an underhanded exception error. Then I got it in a state where the error message kept popping up so I had to terminate the app.

I was able to watch TV and play the same recording without issues using the web browser and Kodi. It's just the desktop app that's not happy.

Do you have two files vc*140.dll in your program folder?  

I also note that since you moved to a new folder from NPVR to NextPVR your NextEnd setup is broken.  I suggest you try and run from Plugins\NextEnd which should be working now. If you do still have the NPVR folder also look for those dll's there.

I didn't find any vc*140.dll files in NexPVR program folder. I could only find those files in C:\Windows\... 

I guess I didn't notice that the the v5 Windows installer changed the program folder. I deleted the previous v5 program folder before running the installer. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll update the scripts and try running NextEnd from the Plugins folder.

I found the 2 vc140 files in an older v5 NPVR distribution and put those in the program folder. Still get a "Unable to find available capture device" error. And still crashes when trying to play a recording.

The desktop app is working for me now :-)  Something happened with my HDHR tuner configuration so had to rescan the tuners. After that the destop app worked fine.
