Missing guide info

Hi,
I have  Ubuntu 18.04.4 installed and Nextpvr V5. I am using the Hauppauge 2650 cable card dual  tuner. The tuners show up in the devices, but I unable to download any channels from Schedules Direct (SD). When I start to initialize a tuner, the correct SD lineup name appears, but when I scan, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First I want to thank you for your efforts to free us from Windows!!

In my efforts to get the guide info to work, I tried deleting and purging your software and now it does not even recognize my tuners. :-(
Is there some residual software that I need to delete or have you made any changes to the software since my initial message?

I wen upstairs and then came back and suddenly it sees the tuners.  Weird.
Ubuntu will not allow me to add a file of the nrecord.log type?

When you post the logs, the forum only let you post zip files. (to keep backups a manageable size etc)

I changed web sites and then went back to your software and the tuners again disappeared.
Seems like some kind of initialization problem. I am an old Fortran programmer so am capable of helping you find bugs. I found where the logs are so if we can agree on how to transfer them (change name?) we can begin to track the bugs down. I am also having problems with Schedules Direct login not being recognized.

Just go to the Settings page in the web app, and hit the 'log files' button. It'll download a zipped copy of the log files. You can then attach them to your post.

Hi sub,

I found the problem with the tuners disappearing. I had to logout and then log back in as admin:password.
So it is an initialization problem, i.e., I did not realize that you have to log in to the main software when you return.

Still having problems with schedules direct channels not loading.
