On my Linux v5 setup I was attempting to change the priority of the devices and found that the bottom 2 devices were stuck at the bottom of the priority order. After looking at the db3 file with DB Browser for Linux I found that there were duplicate priorities listed.
I have seen this happen more that once but I don't know what I did to get it in this state. The last time it happened was on my Windows PC. I can correct this by using DB Browser and editing the priorities to make them all unique.
