HTTP 404 Error

Hello,

Installed a clean copy of Win10 on a Dell Server.  Win10 fully patched.  Installed  v5 of Nextpvr. Whenever I go to http://localhost:8866/, I get the following message:
HTTP 404 error

That’s odd... Microsoft Edge can’t find this page

Please advise if anyone has seen this issue and how to resolve.
