Windows 10 standard. Can you zip all the files somehow so i can do it the old way ? I have no virus software as i run this pc locally as it doesn't need the internet as i mac filter it on the router. But of course when i get this new version it is tollay connected to the NET.

Did your C:\Program Files\NextPVR\ directory get created?

Worse case, you could try downloading https://nextpvr.com/stable/win64/NPVR.zip, and unzip it to C:\Program Files\NextPVR\ manually. (it might even make the installer work correctly next time)

Yes the folder was created. But extracting what you sent me. After it is all extracted is their a setup.exe i just run ?

Rerun the installer it is the setup program

If you now run the https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe again, does it now get past that bit it was stuck on?

If not, you could right click on InstallService.bat, and select 'run as administrator'.

NPVRSetup aint in the list of files extracted

If i run NPVRSetup from when i downloaded it goes to the web, so is their a setup file in the list of extracted files ?

No, there is no setup file in the zip. https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe is the setup file. It downloads and installs what it needs. Try rerunning it now you've manually extracted.

If it runs as expected it will think the files you manually extracted where good and continue from there.
